🌊 Welcome to Coastal Calm at Bridgewater, Oceanfront at Litchfield By the Sea. Relax, unwind, and soak in the ocean breeze at Coastal Calm, a beautifully appointed oceanfront one-bedroom luxury suite in the sought-after Bridgewater building at Litchfield By the Sea Resort. Perfect for beach lovers, couples, families, or a cozy getaway any time of year. Totally renovated as of February 2026.

🏖️ The space

This first-floor condo (above the parking garage) is approximately 550 sq ft with effortless access via elevator or stairs. Fully furnished, thoughtfully stocked, and designed for comfort and convenience.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps up to 4):

• Bedroom with two full-size beds
• Living room couch (does not pull out)
• All beds include fresh linens, comforters, pillows, and a blanket

Bedroom features: smart TV / cable · dresser and hooks for hanging · ceiling fan and light.

🍳 Kitchen & living area

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops & tile backsplash, garbage disposal, microwave, oven, toaster, and blender, plus pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glassware. We stock coffee, tea, dish soap, and towels. Please note: no dishwasher.

The living room includes a sofa, two chairs, a dining area with seating, a smart TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a ceiling fan with light. A/C and heating is a brand-new wall unit, and there's a dehumidifier.

🚿 Bathroom essentials provided

A starter set to make arrival easy: hand soap & lotion · 2 rolls of toilet paper · mini bath toiletry set · bath towels, hand towels, and makeup cloths (one set per person) · hair dryer.

All amenities and the beach are within short walking distance. Free parking in the garage or outdoor lot. Just 5 to 10 minutes by car to additional restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

🔐 Guest access & check-in

Gated community, so a gate pass will be arranged under your name. Self check-in with secure keyless entry. Guests have access to the entire condo and resort amenities.
